The property is situated on 2.5 privately fenced, heavily treed acres. "Tyler Parkway" is a paved city street; the house and acreage are completely fenced and secured by an electric gate. The driveway is also completely paved, with both concrete and decorative pavers. You will have plenty of room to park the mobile home, camper or travel trailer. The home sits on top of a ridge, overlooking the lush green pine trees; it has a spectacular view of Diamond Peak Mountain Range and is adjacent to the national forest. Endless miles of biking, hiking, and quad trails are literally out the backdoor; however, down town Payson is only minutes away( in fact, walking distance, if you are feeling ambitious!).

The house is IMMACULATE, it's comfortable, and it's LUXURIOUS! Boasting nearly 4000 sq. feet of living space, Pine Ridge Retreat is a single story home with a free-flowing, open floor-plan. It's motif is high-end, "Modern Cowboy" with a touch rustic country. Just a few of the home's features include vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, knotty alder trim and doors, stone accent, impressive wood beams and endless views from the 'wall of windows'.
